Job Description:
We are seeking Managers with a passion for hospitality and proven leadership experience to oversee our dynamic restaurant in Miami.
Featuring an international cuisine concept, a vibrant sushi bar, and an extensive cocktail bar, our restaurant caters to a diverse clientele aged 25 to 45 who seek a lively social space. As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience while fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service in the kitchen, sushi bar, and cocktail bar.
Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the team, manage scheduling and payroll, and cultivate a work culture focused on “work hard, have fun.”
Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and memorable environment, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience and becomes a loyal patron and fan of our brand.
Quality Maintenance: Focus on our “3 greats”: kitchen, sushi, and bar. Continuously improve processes to maintain the highest quality of our offerings.
Hospitality Culture: Promote a work environment that embodies our values of “Great environment” and “Magic moments,” with a deep understanding of the true essence of hospitality.
Requirements:
Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Manager in restaurants in Miami, preferably with similar concepts.
Leadership Skills: Outstanding ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with strong skills in managing personnel and resolving conflicts.
Administrative Management: Experience in payroll and scheduling. While excellence in administrative tasks is not required, effective management of these areas is essential.
Customer Focus: Ability to connect emotionally with customers and create memorable experiences that foster brand loyalty.
Passion for Hospitality: A deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a commitment to high-quality service.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
