Maintenance Technician
Location: Pickwick Farms Apartment, 1540 Handball Lane, Indianapolis, IN 46260

Your tasks will include inspecting buildings, performing repairs, and scheduling maintenance to prevent issues. As a Maintenance Technician at Pickwick Apartments, your responsibilities will include:
- Restoring vacated apartments to “market ready” status promptly and according to the Property Manager’s timetable.
- Handling maintenance requests and work orders assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assisting in maintaining the property’s physical integrity, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Inspecting vacated apartments and performing necessary repairs and replacements.
- Checking lights, windows, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and other components.
- Assisting with painting, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Reporting supply needs and performing other tasks as requested.
- MUST be ok with rotating on call every 3-4 weeks for 1 week straight.

Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call rotating
Supplemental Pay Types:
- Monthly bonus per unit ($125 per renewal, shared among all employees)
- Quarterly KPI bonus (if metrics are met)
- Annual bonus
Experience:
- Property maintenance: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
- EPA Certification (Required)
- HVAC Certification (Preferred)
