HVAC Installer Job Summary:
Full time residential HVAC installation foreman. Remove and Install HVAC equipment and accessories with complete start-up in homes and light commercial buildings without supervision.
Full time residential HVAC installation helper. Assist foreman with removal and installation of HVAC equipment and accessories.
HVAC Installer Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform in-home residential and light commercial HVAC installations with complete start-up. Manage and organize workflow with installation crew. Follow all safety procedures. Complete jobs with integrity and pride in your work. Communicate scope of work, activity, and system operation with the home owner.
HVAC Installer Qualifications and Skills:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude is key. A complete understanding of gas & electric furnaces, heat pumps, refrigeration, design and installation of ductwork, low voltage wiring, and all necessary tools and testing devices. A desire to learn and expand on your knowledge.
**Must have valid driver's license with a clean record and be able to pass a background & drug test**
Experience:
- Lead HVAC Installer: Minimum 2 years in residential change out performing full start-ups.
- Helper - 1 year HVAC experience or HVAC certification preferred.
License:
- Universal EPA Certification (Required)
