We are currently seeking an experienced B2B Growth Marketing Specialist in the Austin, TX metro area to join our dynamic team!
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing results-focused B2B contentand creative assetsthat drive brand awareness and deliver inbound new customer lead engagement. This role requires a balanced blend of creativity, analytical ability, and a keen understanding of innovative B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
Position Responsibilities
- Plan, create, proof, edit, publish and optimize B2B demand generation and lead generation content and campaigns across owned, earned and paid media channels including website, blog, social, email, webinars/podcasts, print/promotional, and events.
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to closely align marketing and sales initiatives to meet brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth goals.
- Use Google search console / Google analytics tools, SEMrush and other content planning, production, analysis and performance optimization tools to produce and manage demand generation, content marketing and lead generation operations.
- Compile campaign and content performance reports to measure results and trends; analyze data and take action to continuously improve content performance measured by progressively increasing top-of-funnel marketing-generated leads.
- Research and act on rapidly evolving B2B marketing trends, applying best practices along with innovative tactics to execute demand generation, content marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Ongoing skills development and self-directed learning in HubSpot Academy and other select training forums.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sustainably increasing traffic on all channels, properties and profiles
- Inbound lead engagement measured by new target customer prospect inquiries and conversions
- Top-of-funnel to mid-funnel lead progression rate (MQL to SQL) using a SMART content retargeting strategy
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, social media marketing, SEO and content marketing in a B2B environment
- HubSpot Marketing Hub certified (required; can be completed during first week of hire)
- Proven experience in B2B content planning, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Experience with unique needs and dynamics of B2B startups and small businesses
