As a Sales Manager for Carter Healthcare, you will be a key asset and resource for all members of the Sales Team in your designated area. You will work directly with our Chief Development Officer to develop an effective area sales team and help to establish referral relationships and partnership opportunities with major area referral sources.

Requirements and skills should include but are not limited to:
- Ability to travel to and from San Antonio, Austin, Irving, and Houston.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
