As the Hospital Director Plant Operations, you will take on a crucial role, ensuring that all building systems—electrical, plumbing,HVAC, and other critical infrastructure—operate smoothly to support our patient-centered environment. You will play an instrumental part in leading and overseeing the facility operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with hospital departments to ensure seamless facility support for patient care. You role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in the hospital setting
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- A strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations
