Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team: Identify and attract talented sales professionals who align with our company's objectives. Implement comprehensive training programs to equip the team with necessary skills.
- Set sales targets and drive performance: Establish ambitious yet achievable sales goals. Monitor and provide feedback, coaching, and support to exceed targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Collaborate with the executive team to develop effective strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team: Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and healthy competition. Implement motivational initiatives to encourage performance.
- Provide sales leadership: Demonstrate strong sales skills and act as a mentor. Assist the team with complex sales situations and build customer relationships.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics: Track and analyze sales data, providing accurate reports to senior management. Use insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Expand knowledge of the residential roofing industry, particularly insurance claims, through industry events and training.
Compensation:
- Base salary: Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications
- Commission on sales: Earn commission, based on personal sales performance
- Bonus: Receive a bonus based on the overall monthly revenue generated by the sales team
- Salary Range includes base salary plus commission and bonus potential.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong sales leadership skills, to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes related to residential roofing is desirable

- Must have reliable transportation, with the ability to transport training passengers

Pay: $57,500.00 - $147,500.00 per year
