Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
- Oversee and manage a team of workers, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used, and labor hours
Experience
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as Prolog, HeavyBid, ProCore, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
