Responsibilities:
* Maintain a high standard of service
* Uphold the company’s honesty policy and transparency.
* Routine inspections/maintenance and repairs
* Keep a professional appearance.
* Be able to be a team player
* Diagnose systems in a timely manner
* Use computer system to diagnose, communicate failed components and work with service advisor to properly repair vehicle
* Safely Road test vehicles before and after repairs
* Keep a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and work as a team.
* Mercedes dealership experience or independent preferred
* Mechanical & electrical skills
* Navigate computer systems and factory software SDS.
* Learn startekinfo.
* Have a valid driver’s license.
* Factory Mercedes training preferred.
* European vehicle experience is a must.
* Self-motivated to grow with our company.
