Bill Luke CDJR has a Rare and Immediate Position available for Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) Certified Technicians!
Pay: $30-$48 per hr DOE
We are looking for someone who has thorough CDJR experience as well as a Stellantis Certification! We have up to 200 hours Available Every Pay Period! (Flag Hours) We are a High Volume Dealer, and a high Volume Shop and have an average of 3500 vehicles per month in our service drive.
At Bill Luke we have a state of the art facility with the Newest Hunter Alignment Racks and - 72 lifts to be exact!
- Average Technician's are over 100% Efficient.
- Our Shop is cooled in the Summer!
- 3 lot attendants assigned to technicians to pull cars in and out for increased efficiency
- 4 technicians per Advisor ratio
- QC Manager/Driver available for test drives after repairs
- Arizona largest and busiest shop, average tech efficiency 105% Average technician tenure 15+ years.
- We do not run out of work, when others are slow, we are still turning cars.

Bill Luke Chrysler is the largest dealership in the state of AZ under one roof. We see 100-150 cars daily through our service drive.
Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
- Must have own tools
- Strong automotive background (3-5 years experience desired)
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must have clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Must be 21 and over
- Ability to drive a stick shift is a plus
