Key Responsibilities:
- Plumbing Maintenance: Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals, and dishwashers.
- Pipe Work: Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
- Daily Activities: Perform tasks including drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, repair and installation of Drain Waste and Vent (DWV), installing toilets, water lines, P-Traps, repair of water leaks, and repair/replacement of valves, faucets, and sinks.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ plumbing maintenance experience in commercial environments.
- Skills: Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and/or general building maintenance.
- Qualifications: Experience with CMMS and computer proficiency preferred.
