Job Description: The Service and installation Plumber/Pipe Fitter performs various duties in commercial or public buildings, including installation and repair.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain and repair a wide variety of water heater, tankless & filtration systems installation and retrofit, drain, sewer, water, and gas line installation.
- Perform routine inspections on all types of plumbing systems.

Provide guidance, training, and direction to Apprentices / Helpers working with you.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing waste and water distribution systems or an equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.
- A Journeyman or Master Plumbers License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history).
