The Position
- The Interim Pediatrics Manager, Respiratory Therapy, will be responsible for the oversight of respiratory operations throughout the department.
- This leader will collaborate closely with senior leadership within the respiratory department and will provide expertise to both the RT department and pediatric hospital.
- Ideal candidates will be strong leaders who will harbor a positive work environment by encouraging strong collaboration, communication, and engagement.
- Seeking an experienced Pediatric leader who will be willing and able to lead education initiatives including training and mentorship amongst staff members.
- We are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for this role.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- An active Oregon RRT is required.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required.
- Previous leadership experience within a pediatric acute care setting is required.
