Regional Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Manager to oversee operations within our organization. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing area managers and ensuring the smooth daily operations of facilities, including janitorial services. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal departments to anticipate needs, resolve issues promptly, and optimize operational efficiency. As a key liaison to organizational leadership, you will contribute to strategic planning and ensure adherence to safety, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive client relations and address major concerns.
- Supervise and support area managers in daily operations
- Conduct regular quality assurance visits and safety inspections.
- Provide field oversight to ensure compliance with safety protocols and assess operational performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee effectiveness.
- Advise area managers on policies and procedures to streamline operations.
- Manage staffing, budgets, and service quality for assigned portfolio.
- Support business growth through client interactions and bid proposal contributions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (5 Years plus) in facilities management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as requested.
