*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance management, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to facility management, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
*Duties*
-Inspections of the facilities
-Ordering materials for repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services when required.
-Maintaining outside of properties
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role, with a strong background in maintenance management.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to fabricate components as necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
