Job Description:
Bleuwave HVAC is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our success by estimating and managing HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed HVAC project estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop accurate project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare and submit project proposals and bids.
- Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure that projects are completed safely and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Review and approve change orders and project documentation.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and equipment efficiently.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
- Track project financials and report on budget status regularly.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and subcontractors to enhance our reputation and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HVAC Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC estimation and project management.
- Proficiency in HVAC design and estimating software (e.g., Quotesoft, AutoCAD, Esti-Mate).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC industry trends and best practices.
- PMP certification is a plus.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
