As an HVAC Residential Installer with RKM, you’ll be responsible for:
- Installing HVAC systems according to specifications and standards
- Working after hours, including some weekends and holidays, to serve customer needs
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and lasting relationships
- Using your mechanical skills for installations and routine manual labor
- Accessing and updating work orders with basic computer skills
- Continuously learning and improving techniques and staying up-to-date on HVAC tech
- Inspecting, repairing, and replacing equipment to maintain top performance and safety
- Communicating effectively with coworkers and customers

Experience: 2+ years in HVAC residential installation- Certification: HVAC degree (EPA) or equivalent
- License: Valid local driver’s license with an acceptable record
- Background Check: Acceptable background record required
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, and excellent customer service abilities
- Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physical workload, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks that involve standing, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
- Availability: Willingness to work on rotational on-call and occasional weekends
- Other: Must pass random drug testing and be authorized to work in the US
