TASKS/DUTIES
--Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
--Coordinate special projects as directed by the Property Manager
--Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur
-- Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
-- Carry cell phone as required during work hours for on-call maintenance.
-- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all tenants, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
-- Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
-- Maintain monthly inspection and maintenance log of building and HVAC roof motors and fans. Report problems or major maintenance needed.
KNOWLEDGE
-- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize; the ability to analyze the situation to determine which one is a higher priority.
-- Keep accurate records related to the time spent at job sites and the purchases related to any work performed.
-- Communicate effectively with others, both verbally & in writing.
-- Ability to find information and identify essential information.
-- Coordinate actions in relation to others' actions.
-- Identify the nature of problems and reorganize information to find a better approach to problems or tasks.
-- Exercise discretion and independent judgment.
