The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician provides support to our Residential Managers by providing quality work in the units, resident satisfaction, swift service, alon with personal attention to detail. You ensure that everything from curb-appeal to building systems to property maintenance, and in-unit maintenance meets the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality work.

- Assist outside contractors as needed and directed
- Ensure safety standards are implemented at all times
- Respond to work assignments and interact with residents in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to clearly communicate maintenance repair work needed and/or completed
- Ability to be On-Call when scheduled
- All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational School
- HVAC Certification
- 5+ years experience in apartment, hotel, or hospital maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge and possession of small power and hand tools.

- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to life/carry 50+ lbs.
- Ability to use an App on a smart phone to log work orders - Specifically Appfolio

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $28 - $31 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 AM - 5 PM
- 1-hour unpaid lunch
- Overtime, as needed
- On-Call, as scheduled
- On-Call:
- Level 1: On-Call every 3 weeks with at least 3 month notice to schedule
- Level 2: On-Call every 2 weeks as a back up to Level 1, at least 3 month notice to schedule
- Both levels of on-call assignment are determined by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
