Legacy of Love Funeral Planning is dedicated to helping families across the country preplan their funeral wishes and secure funding to reduce future stress on their loved ones. We’re seeking compassionate, motivated sales agents who want to make a difference while building a rewarding career. Our agents have the flexibility to work with any funeral home, providing a broad range of options for families.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Families: Set appointments and connect with families to discuss funeral pre-planning options, providing comfort and clarity through the process.
- Customize Plans: Guide families in creating plans that fit their unique needs and budgets, including exploring flexible payment options.
- Manage Applications: Complete insurance applications accurately and assist families through each step.
- Lead and Present: Host group presentations and seminars to inform communities about the benefits of pre-planning.
- Grow Your Skills: Participate in regular training sessions to stay up to date on our offerings and improve your sales expertise.
- Track and Organize Leads: Maintain daily productivity through lead management and CRM tools to effectively follow up with prospects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for Helping Others: Compassionate individuals with a desire to support families in planning ahead.
- Excellent Communicator: Skilled in networking, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Organized and Proactive: Able to track leads, appointments, and productivity.
- CRM Experience: Comfortable using CRM systems to track and nurture leads.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within the insurance or funeral planning industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and/or other languages is a plus.
- Life Insurance License: Must possess a valid life insurance license or insurance producer license.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
