Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues, such as order discrepancies, returns, and shipping concerns, in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., warehouse, marketing) to address customer needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
