We are looking to hire a Store manager for our quick lube operation in Austin TX
Busy Automotive Lube Facility seeking a responsible, sales driven, team leading, commission hungry individual. Position comes with Base Salary of $72,000 plus commissions which could lead to over $85,000 a year.
Manager would assist customers and technicians with efficient service checks, fluid services, filter exchange, and scheduled maintenance.
Facility services cars, trucks, fleets, motorcycles, diesel or gas vehicles.
Managers are expected to work 6 days (50+ hours a week)

Duties include:
- Experience in the lube business with a management background is a must.
- Greeting and assisting customers.
- Performing oil changes and other automotive maintenance functions.
- Performing mechanical work is a plus and is compensated with additional pay.
- Team sharing and ability to work with fellow team members.
- Inspecting vehicles, entering data into the point-of-sale computer, and conducting basic vehicle maintenance.
- A state inspection license is a plus.
