Key Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Learn to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and explain upgrades to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your skills in areas like IAQ, multi-speed blowers, and zoning systems.
- Assist in setting leads for free consultations on system replacements.
- Promote membership plans and earn commissions on enrollments.
- Build relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor for their comfort needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of HVAC experience with a strong desire to grow and learn.
- EPA certification II or Universal required
- Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality work.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and work in a variety of environments (e.g., small crawl spaces, ladders).
