WHO WE ARE SEEKING
Commercial Mechanical Contractor seeks candidates for Commercial HVAC Mechanics position for commercial construction work in Frederick, MD
Qualifications
-5+ years working on commercial construction projects. Experience pipe fitting a plus!!!
-Maryland HVAC Journeyman or Masters License or equivalent field experience
- ability to work independently and safely.
- ability to solder, braze and use pro-press.
-Thread Pipe and work with steel pipe.
-Install commercial HVAC rooftop units and split systems.
-Diagnose commercial HVAC systems.
-Charge HVAC systems/pull vacuum/add refrigerant
- ability to work off of drawings, understanding of how plumbing systems work.
- punctual, responsible, with ability to perform clean work.
- strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Work independently, efficiently, and safely.
- run pipe for plumbing systems, including PVC, RFP, Copper, Steel.
- installation of equipment.
- trouble shoot system.
- work with job Superintendent to complete projects in a timely manner.
