Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and present our services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of landscaping sales experience.
- Familiarity with landscaping, hardscaping, and maintenance services.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) to better serve a diverse customer base.
