Project Manager
Job description:
Proman Skilled Trades is currently looking for a highly motivated plumbing project manager for a commercial San Antonio, TX project. We are looking for someone who has strong leadership abilities. We would like someone with plumbing systems experience who likes to manage projects and people. This person must be organized, tech savvy and willing to see the jobs all the way through from start to finish. This person must have a team mentality and be able to see the bigger picture of getting jobs from start to finish in an efficient manner by leading teams and setting them up for success. Being detailed, patient and able to understand plumbing projects will be skill sets needed everyday. Being familiar with building plans and shop drawings to determine project needs, working with general contractors on construction sites will be needed. This role is a key position in Proman Skilled Trades with a starting salary of 120k per year with benefits. We are looking for an individual to understand our core values and implement them on a daily basis while managing teams of Plumbers through positivity and organization.
