Job Description
Family Owned company seeking a self-motivated and technically proficient Field Service Technician to provide preventative maintenance and repair to compressor customers on-site, mainly within Arizona, on all compressed air and vacuum systems.
Additional tasks of the Field Service Technician include:
- Installing new equipment and electrical/piping work
- Providing a high level of customer service as you respond to customer needs and satisfy their expectations
- Training and assisting other Field Service Technicians

Job Responsibilities
As a Field Service Technician with Compressed Air Power, you will provide technical support to other departments and personnel as required.
Additional responsibilities of the Field Service Technician include:
- Promoting and practicing proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times
- Completing customer work order forms and other job-related paperwork on a daily basis
- Performing additional assignments as required

Job Requirements
As a Field Service Technician with Compressed Air Power, you must have your own hand tools and be able to troubleshoot electrical problems with your strong mechanical and electrical skills. Our ideal Field Service Technician has excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Additional requirements for the Field Service Technician include:
- High school degree with mechanical and/or electrical training required; refrigeration certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years technical field service experience maintaining and repairing compressed air equipment or similar
- Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of a wide variety of industrial and Oil-Free compressors
- Ability to perform heavy lifting
- Ability to work between 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., work on weekends and provide 24-hour emergency on-call services on a rotating basis
- Ability to travel overnight on short notice as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
