Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office management and possess strong customer service skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various responsibilities while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide support as a personal assistant to senior staff members
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist in customer service and customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or as a personal assistant is preferred
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Experience with phone systems and handling customer interactions effectively
