Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Execute regular maintenance on equipment, buildings, and facilities while adhering to Pella's safety policies and procedures.
- Inspect and Lubricate: Conduct scheduled lubrication and inspection of machines to prevent potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Proactively identify machine problems to prevent breakdowns, creating job orders to resolve these issues efficiently.
- Adaptability: Be flexible with work hours and willing to take on mandatory overtime as needed.
- Safety First: Work safely around moving equipment, meeting the physical demands of the role.
- Engage in Total Productive Maintenance: Follow documented processes and practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Lift Heavy Loads: Capable of lifting over 80 pounds as required.
