Responsibilities of Diesel Technician:

Responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a fleet of medium and heavy duty trucks, including brands such as Volvo, Kenworth, International, and Freightliner
Perform routine vehicle maintenance on diesel Trucks, Chassis, and Engines
Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
Bumper to bumper repairs and Maintenance on Trucks and Trailers, etc.
Our diesel technician will be responsible for all maintenance of the diesel trucks/equipment
As a diesel technician you will work in a clean safe environment

Qualifications of Diesel Technician:

Previous experience as a technician/ diesel technician
CDL A or B highly preferred
Experience with electric systems, hydraulics, etc. required
Heavy Duty Diesel Experience [Kenworth, Volvo, International, Freightliner, Peterbilt, etc]
Ability to Read Service Manuals, Repair orders, etc
Welding and Fabrication experience preferred
Knowledge of shop equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
2-3+ years of diesel technician experience preferred
