Clean Services Northwest is looking to build our high rise window cleaning and pressure washing team. As a Highrise Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the exterior windows of highrise buildings in the Portland area are spotless and streak-free. You will utilize your expertise in using specialized equipment, such as ladders, ropes, and bosun's chair, to reach windows at various heights safely and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service will be highly valued in this role.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in using window cleaning equipment and following safety protocols.
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
License and personal vehicle.
Must be available for weekend work as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive starting salary of $24.50-35 per hour, based on your experience and skills. In addition to the hourly wage, we also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We also pay extra for hard water scrubbing/ window restoration.Applicants who can pass federal background checks are eligible for a higher wage once passed (some of our most important clients require this). If you do not have any window cleaning experience, you will start at $18.50 per hour during a 60-90 day probation and be fast tracked to join high rise upon completion of this probation period.
