Applicants must be excellent communicators, highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and have superior customer service skills. Affordable housing experience is required. This position will report directly to our Field Maintenance Manager
Applicants must have an active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in single family homes in Baltimore
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written format with Tenants, Management, and Vendors
- Regularly update work orders in AppFolio as work is completed
- Trouble shoot a diagnose property repairs
- Work to guarantee tenant satisfaction and company expectations
Required skillsets:
- General carpentry skills
- Plumbing - set toilets, changing faucets, installing plumbing trim, etc.
- Electrical - changing outlets, switches, installing fixtures, etc.
- Installing cabinets
- Hanging doors
- Laying flooring
- Drywall patching
- Painting
- Light demo
- Light Framing
- Punchout Items
- Light concrete and landscaping
