We are looking for highly motivated mechanics to perform installation services for residential and commercial HVAC Systems in the Greater Baltimore Region. This will include split and packaged systems, mini splits, Commercial VRF, commercial exhaust hoods and make up air systems.

The ideal mechanic for this position would be someone with a strong background in residential equipment installations. You will be tasked with performing all aspects related to installation of new systems. This will including refrigeration piping, ductwork installation, hanging of equipment, trim work, controls, etc. This will be a mix of work required. Often with the daily scope being different from day to day. You will not perform the same installation services on a daily routine and will learn all aspects of the trade.

Training will be provided as required and in general this will be on the job training. VRF training and certifications will be provided on routine basis.

Qualifications:

-Maryland Journeyman or Master HVAC license preferred but not required with universal CFC certification

-A minimum of 4 years trade experience directly in with installation of equipment

-Capable of communicating with customers and co workers in a clear manner

-Capable of lifting 100 lbs, carrying tools, and handling hand carts for setting equipment

-Able to work off of ladders (both A Frame and Extension)

-Comfortable being challenge to learn more. A complacent person is not ideal for this position.

Pay: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
