Eastern Center for Arts and Technology, a career and technical public high school, is seeking a Construction Cluster Instructional Aide. The Aide will be responsible for working with individual and groups of students in our Electrical, HVAC, and Construction Technology programs. The Instructional Aide will assist in developing daily and weekly schedules and in identifying supplies and materials necessary to deliver the instructional plan and to support instruction and student success. Excellent technical skills in areas of Electrical, HVAC and/or Construction Technology are required for this job.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- High School Diploma required
- Technical School or Community College preferred
- Excellent occupational skills
Experience/Qualifications:
- 4 years of related industry experience
- Teaching experience helpful
- Communicate effectively with others
- Implement learning activities
- Follow lesson plans consistently
- Monitor/record student performance
- Computer skills desirable
- Background clearances per PA School Code
