We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Fence Installation Foreman to lead a team on a variety of commercial fencing projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the fence installation industry, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in commercial fence installation. A strong background in supervising teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality installations is essential. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, repair, and maintenance of fences on commercial properties, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Fence Installation Teams: Oversee and supervise a crew of installers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications.
· Commercial Fencing Installation: Manage the installation of various commercial fence types, including guardrails, chain link, security fences, ornamental, wood, and vinyl.
· Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical specifications to ensure proper installation.
· Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to ensure smooth workflow and on-time project completion.
· Site Preparation: Oversee the measurement, layout, excavation, post-setting, and installation of fence panels and gates.
· Quality Control: Inspect materials and completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
· Safety Management: Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices at all times.
· Training and Development: Mentor and train less experienced team members, promoting skill development and adherence to company standards.
· Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients on-site, providing updates and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Address and resolve any installation challenges that arise during the project.
· Maintenance and Repair: Supervise the repair and maintenance of installed fences as needed.

- · Experience: At least 5 years of experience in fence installation, with a minimum of 2 years in a commercial installation environment.
· Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring effective communication, productivity, and high-quality work.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading construction drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
· Tool Proficiency: Experience using hand and power tools related to fence installation, including post drivers, drills, and saws.
· Heavy Equipment Operation: Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., mini-skid steer, mini-excavator). Guardrail pounder experience a plus.
· Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 80 lbs, working in various weather conditions, and standing or walking for extended periods.
· Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for travel to job sites.
· Attention to Detail: Strong focus on ensuring the highest quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
· Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and project managers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial and Residential Experience: Experience in both commercial and residential fence installation projects is preferred.
- Hydraulics License: Certification in hydraulics, such as 2A/1C, is a plus.
- OSHA Certification: SHA 10 or 30-hour certification is desirable.
