```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing techniques and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
The schedule is variable, and will be part time (some weeks not 40 hours) and on call (expected to respond to a local call within 4 to 24 hours).
Pay is per job and is not based on hours.
You will be working in restaurants and retail establishments.

Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform plumbing tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (commercial driving experience is a plus)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces
- Pipe threading experience is preferred but not required
- Field service experience is a plus
