About the Role: Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), where you’ll serve as the face of First Class Transportation, making a meaningful impact on passengers' transit experience. As a CSR, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service, ensuring safety, and promoting a positive, engaging environment for all riders. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Guide Passengers: Welcome passengers with a friendly attitude, provide information about schedules, and answer questions.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Handle passenger inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive experiences.
- Collaborate with Safety and Compliance Teams: Ensure passenger interactions align with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Advocate for Riders: Actively listen to passengers' needs and address issues promptly, fostering a culture of care and support.
- Promote Passenger Safety: Educate passengers on safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey,
- Monitor Cleanliness and Safety: Oversee transit hubs, or vehicles to ensure they remain safe, clean, and compliant with regulations,
- Stay Updated: Participate in ongoing training and remain informed about policies, procedures, and service updates.

Skills and Physical Requirements
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interactions with passengers and colleagues.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work split shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Endurance: Ability to stand outdoors for prolonged periods—up to 8 hours or more per day.
- Teamwork-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with the ability to relay passenger feedback and work closely with other transit personnel.
Qualifications:
- Be at least 21 years of age, and speak/read/write English
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Successfully pass a background check
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
