Rooter Ranger is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plumbing Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service while promoting our plumbing solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of plumbing sales professionals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share goals, provide updates, and maintain engagement.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive success.
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify growth opportunities in the Tampa market and collaborate with leadership to expand customer reach.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics, making data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects Rooter Ranger’s commitment to quality and service excellence.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
Operational Oversight:
- Schedule and assign leads to sales representatives efficiently.
- Collaborate with plumbing technicians to align sales efforts with operational capacity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plumbing sales, home services, or a related industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.
