POSITION: Unit Assembly/Facilities Maintenance

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a self-driven individual to join our team as an HVAC Unit Assembly, along with handling building & facilities maintenance. This role offers significant growth potential and hands-on experience in the HVAC manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, self driven, eager to learn, and can work independently and as part of a team.
REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle and assemble sheet metal. insulation, and various HVAC components such as coils, motors, compressors, and blowers.
- Assist with placement and installation of HVAC system parts.
- Ensure that all components are installed properly and meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed within the production facility- contracting experience is a plus!!
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, and structures, applying basic construction skills such as painting, operating hand tools, and performing basic electrical work.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with HVAC assembly is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise work with all installations and assemblies.
- Familiarity with handling sheet metal and various HVAC components
- Self-driven attitude and desire to take initiative and grow within the company.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, adaptable and easily trainable.
EXPECTED SALARY = $16 - $21DEPENDING ON SKILLS, AN INCREASE WITHIN 90 DAYS PROVING THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOMPLISHMENTS, AND WORK ETHIC.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
