Mason Pro Services of Chandler, AZ is looking to hire a full-time Commercial Sales Coordinator to to fill a new role within our growing organization. As a commercial sales coordinator, you will be the primary support for our commercial sales team.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Commercial Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Managing calendars of sales team
- Help sales team support their customer base
- Perform profitability analytics on existing agreements up for renewal
- Maintain sales opportunities database and KPIs of sales team
- Primary responsibility of turnover from sales dept to service dept
- Build service packets for our technical team to ensure all the contracted services are properly performed
- Maintain commercial maintenance contracts database
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years minimum office experience.
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a PLUS
- Scheduling experience
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in written format
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain records with the highest level of accuracy
- Computer skills including Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
WORK SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
