Position Summary:
CDI custom curb adapters is currently hiring for the position of Sales Support Representative (SSR), located in Tolleson, AZ. You’ll be servicing this market by meeting or exceeding sales goals & growing local business. You’ll focus on expanding and supporting local markets within a major region of a specific plant territory. The work location will be in the Tolleson, AZ manufacturing plant.

Duties & Expectations:
- Manage customer accounts & provide fast/accurate responses to your customer’s daily needs.
- Create/process daily orders in a timely manner.
- Process requests for rush orders.
- Handle administrative duties for the sales department & maintain an organized/accessible digital filing system within Google Drive.
- Perform data entry tasks
- Utilize sales tracking tools to compile various reports.
- Review pending orders & customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders
- Record sales trends & brainstorm within your department to develop sales strategies.
- Schedule customer meetings & conferences.
- Develop & monitor key performance indicators for sales and staff members.
- Compile a daily list of sales leads, delegate leads to the sales department & provide sales data to the sales department.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred)
- Experience in administration and high-volume market/sales/administrative work.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- Computer literacy and typing skills.
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Willingness to embrace and promote CDI values – FAST, FUN, EASY
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers – both internally and externally
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
