Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Installer to lead a team in offroad modification, lift kit installation and accessories. We are looking for a high performer with strong knowledge and experience in this field. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a team of installers to achieve operational excellence.
Experience/Requirements
- Must be able to assemble and install a variety of parts and aftermarket accessories, including: amp steps, bed covers, hitches, bumpers, lighting, etc
- Must be knowledgeable/experienced with suspension work, alignments, tire mounting, bead locks
- Knowledgeable with lift/leveling kits and experienced with installation
- Custom fab experience a plus, but not required
- Supervise, coordinate and assist technicians with jobs
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and perform repairs on vehicles, along with ability to explain the diagnosis and needed repairs to others
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior installers on best practices in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during installation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
