Job Summary:
The Control Room – Operator I’s is an operator in training. Their sole responsibility is to put in the effort and time to gain the experience and learn the skills required to qualify for Control Room – Operator II (a Qualified Operator). As a Control Room Operator, you are responsible for the real-time monitoring and operation of the RNWBL power generation fleet. Throughout qualification, you will assist and eventually lead in the execution of standard procedures, monitoring of alarms, and reporting anomalies pertaining to plant operations. You will work closely with Field Services and Engineering Teams to ensure the highest Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Operational Standards are kept across a diverse fleet of Renewable Energy Power Plants, including Wind, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
