Duties
-Assembly of water treatment filtration skids
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shapes using hand and power tools
- Assemble and install a variety of pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to plumbing codes and standards.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as electricians and welding technicians to ensure efficient manufacturing of equipment.
Qualifications
-Experience with PVC, Galvanized, Copper, and Stainless Steel. 2 to 8 inch.
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Knowledge of welding techniques for pipe assembly a plus
- Familiarity with soldering techniques for pipe connections a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
