Scope Technology is a fast-track design-engineering company specializing in Energy recovery equipment, both API-ASTM-ASME Thermal and Waste Heat capture, exchange and regeneration. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing book of business or network of contacts to drive revenue, expand market share, and foster long-term client partnerships.
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive level Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
- Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
- Problem-solving and Analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in the Heat Exchanger industry or Waste Heat recovery systems or manufacturing industry is a plus
- An active book of business is desired with industrial processing plants and/or equipment sales to customer procurement and engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but can be negotiated based upon experience.
