Summary
The Outside Sales Account Manager position will be responsible for developing new customer accounts and increasing sales within the existing customer base. A candidate for this position must possess excellent sales skills with documented successful sales experience. Direct experience in the HVAC/R industry is not necessary, but experience in a similar sales environment or tiered distribution experience is helpful.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of documented successful direct sales experience
- Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent negotiation and objection countering skills
- Skill in proactively communicating (both verbal and written) to establish relationships and influence decisions
- Motivated and results driven, with a strong drive to succeed and demonstrated tenacity in achieving sales goals.
Preferred:
- Direct sales experience in the business-to-business HVAC/R or similar industry.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish
