Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge
- HVAC Certifications required
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
- 2+ years of construction and/or multifamily maintenance experience required
- Proven track record of working with large teams effectively and efficiently
- $20-$22 based on experience and certifications. Commission and bonus eligible
