Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Communicate job expectations, coach the service team, and monitor your team’s performance against company goals
- Provide feedback for improvement and guidance in defining career paths and professional development plans
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Active EPA Universal certification
- Previous experience with Class C or D building
- High energy and drive to make an impact on operations
