Job Title: Junior Electrical Estimator (1-3 years plus)

Key Responsibilities
- Project Analysis: Review and analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a full understanding of each project.
- Client Interaction: Attend bid walks and client meetings to gain insight into project scope and requirements.
- Cost Estimating: Prepare accurate material, labor, and cost estimates for projects based on detailed analysis.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors, managing bids and contracts.
- Bid Preparation: Use bid data to generate a detailed cost analysis and present estimates to management.
- Record Keeping: Compile and maintain records of actual project costs to ensure estimates align with final expenses.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1-3 years plus of experience in electrical estimating or a related field.
- Education: High School Diploma; completion of a postsecondary electrician training program is required. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus.
- Ability to interpret project drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
