Duties:
- Perform field service and maintenance on refrigeration systems, including supermarket refrigeration and air conditioning units
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, ensuring proper functioning and efficiency
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts inventory
- Utilize welding skills to repair or fabricate components as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in refrigeration, HVAC/R, or appliance repair
- Strong knowledge of supermarket refrigeration systems is highly desirable
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
